Stadt Ratingen legt sich mit Google an…

Der US-Internetdienstleister Google soll künftig für jeden Kilometer Straße, den er in der Stadt Ratingen bei Düsseldorf fotografiert, 20 Euro zahlen. Einen entsprechenden Beschluss fasste der Stadtrat mit Mehrheit, teilte eine Sprecherin am heutigen Mittwoch mit und bestätigte damit Medienberichte.
So, nachdem ich in Google nachgeschaut habe was/wo und warum Ratingen ist, kam ich zu dem Beschluß das Google sicht nicht davon abhalten wird eine kleineProvinz die ohnehin niemand in Google sehen will abzulichten.
Wenn Ratingen meint für 7000€ einen Prozess gegen Google zu riskieren, der den Steuerzahler wesentlich mehr kostet… nur zu, ich weiß wer Gewinnen wird :)
PS: Wenn ich Mr. Google wäre, würde ich einfach mal Ratingen aus den Navi geräten, Google maps, Google earth und Google Suche rauswerfen und mit dem Hinweis das Google alles wieder einführt wenn Ratingen 6180 Zahlt. Mit Diesem Geld würde ich dann die Fotos dort machen :)
